Swim Systems may make improvements and/or changes in products‚ programs‚ and pricing in this publication at any time. Swim Systems shall not be held liable for clerical‚ graphical‚ typographical and printing errors. We take pride in our site‚ however errors do sometimes occur and for that we apologize. Swim Systems does not match competitors prices neither before nor after the sale.
As the purchaser of any electrical or gas related heater part‚ it is your responsibility to obtain the services of an appropriately licensed installer.
Order Process:
When your order is submitted your credit card transaction is not processed immediately. Your Order will be processed with in 1-2 business days‚ although we strive to have all orders processed the same day we receive them.
Shipping Policy:
Here at Swim Systems we try our best to keep common replacement parts in stock. Although‚ there are certain items that we do not stock at all. In the instance you order an item that is not currently in our warehouse‚ it will be drop shipped directly from the manufacturer to your home. Within 48 hours of your purchase you will be contacted by an associate from Swim Systems to discuss any changes in shipping charges. This is because the factory is in a different state than our business and unfortunately we can not promise any exact shipping dates. Also‚ if an order has to be drop shipped there is a minimum purchase of $110.00. If your order does not reach the minimum you will be charged a $10.00 fee unless the order uses an expedited shipping method (3 Day Air, 2 Day Air, Next Day Air). Allow 2-3 business days before manufacturer ships the order.
Return Policy:
Please be advised that the parts you have purchased are brand new. To offer the same assurance of quality to all of our customers‚ we cannot accept returns on electrical or gas parts. All parts have a 90 day manufacturer’s warranty against defects. If the incorrect part was ordered and received due to no fault of Swim Systems‚ Inc.‚ that part will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. If you are unsure or unclear about products you are wanting to order‚ please contact us. You must have authorization from Swim Systems before returning. Qualified part returns must be shipped to us in the original packaging. Thank you. |
